We offer free standard shipping on all orders within New Zealand.

- Orders ship from New Zealand
- Shipping costs are included in the product price

Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident buying from us — especially with secondhand and refurbished items.
If you change your mind or an item isn’t right for you, you’re welcome to request a return.
Change‑of‑mind returns

- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are not refunded

A note on secondhand & refurbished items
All items are hand‑checked and clearly described before listing. Because many of our products are secondhand or refurbished, signs of previous use may be present and will be noted in the product description.
